Job Description

Responsibilities
- Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at highquality level.
- Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
- To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
- Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
- To provide training to Operators
- Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
- Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Education D3 or S1 major in Industrial/Electronic Engineering
- Experience at least 3 year in PCBA Electronics manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge and hands on MRP system
- Able to lead >50 subordinates
- Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Proficient in English
- To be able to establish and control the process work flow
- To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
- Problem Solving - Skill
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
