Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja MECHATRONICS ENGINEER Batam TerbaruJob Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Robotics.
- A minimum 3 years of professional experience in the manufacturing, automation, or automotive industry.
- Proficiency in CAD design and modeling and a strong background in electronic circuit design.
- Familiarity with sensors and microcontrollers.
- Demonstrated experience with PLC programming and HMI is a significant advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
Responsibilities :
- Develop initial concepts and detailed designs for new automated processes and systems, integrating mechanical, electrical, and software components.
- Conduct comprehensive validation, simulation, and documentation of existing processes to identify and implement opportunities for improvement.
- Perform root cause analysis to diagnose and resolve intricate technical problems resulting from mechanical, electrical, or software failures.
- Partner with interdisciplinary teams, including Testing Engineers, Process Engineers, and Project Managers, to ensure that all system improvements are executed successfully and on schedule.
- Design and implement maintenance procedures and diagnostic tools to prevent system failures, thereby minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
