This program is designed to develop future leaders in our sales organization who will drive business growth and foster strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training sessions covering sales techniques, product knowledge, and industry insights.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential customers
- Shadow experienced sales professionals to learn negotiation tactics and customer relationship management.
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions and maximize sales opportunities.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
- Candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in the Sales and Marketing fields.
- Good communication in English.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a drive to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work under pressure and target-oriented.
- Flexibility to travel as needed.
