Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Merchandiser Display MD Yogyakarta Yogyakarta TerbaruWe are looking for a Technical Writer to support our clinical application products at Tamtech International. In this role, you will be responsible for creating clear, accurate, and user-focused documentation that helps users understand and use clinical applications effectively and correctly. You will work closely with product, development, QA, and implementation teams to translate complex system features and clinical workflows into documentation that is easy to understand for various user roles.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain user documentation for clinical applications, including user guides, manuals, and help articles
- Translate technical and clinical workflows into clear, structured, and user-friendly documentation.
- Ensure documentation supports different user roles (e.g. clinical staff, administrative staff, management).
- Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to ensure documentation reflects actual system behavior.
- Update documentation in line with product changes, enhancements, and bug fixes.
- Ensure documentation accuracy, consistency, and clarity, especially for clinical and operational processes.
- Organize documentation so users can easily find and understand the information they need.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Technical Writer, Documentation Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and structured documentation.
- Experience documenting software applications (experience in clinical or healthcare systems is a plus).
- Ability to understand technical concepts and translate them into language suitable for non-technical users.
- Good attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with documentation tools or platforms (e.g. Markdown, Confluence, Notion, or similar).
- Willing to work onsite at Tamtech International office.
