Who You Are
- A Creative Editor: You are a master of the "cut." You don’t just stitch clips together; you curate a narrative. You understand pacing, sound design, and how to use visual effects to evoke emotion. Whether it’s a high-octane 15-second teaser or a cinematic brand film, your editing style is polished, intentional, and distinctive.
- The Creative Architect: You have an "eye" for aesthetics and understand the visual language that makes a premium brand stand out in a crowded feed.
- The Tactical Thinker: You understand the nuances of different platforms—from LinkedIn’s professional tone to TikTok’s fast-paced energy—and you optimize content accordingly.
- The Storyteller: You can take complex event concepts and turn them into relatable, shareable, and visually stunning narratives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive content calendar that aligns with BEG’s brand voice and business goals.
- Multi-Channel Production: Oversee end-to-end production of high-quality assets for social media (TikTok, IG, LinkedIn), YouTube, and web.
- Brand Stewardship: Ensure every piece of content is "on-brand," polished, and impactful.
- Team Leadership: Manage internal creators and freelance talent to ensure creative excellence.
QualificationsRequirementDetailExperience4+ years in content marketing, social media management, or creative production.
Tools Mastery of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve is essential.
Proof of Skills: A live link to your portfolio/work samples is mandatory.
Soft communication, adaptability, and a proactive "get-it-done" attitude.
