Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja HR Manager Denpasar TerbaruWe are seeking suitably qualified individuals (Full-time) to join us as:
GENERAL MANAGER HR
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the performance outcomes of the team to ensure a good standard of service delivery and expectations of the business is achieved.
- Assist succession plan through taking an active and leading role in the development of the team. Provide leadership, coaching and mentoring to the team.
- Individually in creating and adhering to HR Business and Strategic Plan and Budget.
- Understand and support effective people practices in the achievement of divisional goals.
- Manage staffing requisitions.
- Lead and/or oversee the facilitation of all internal investigations team regarding grievances, disciplinary investigations and terminations whilst maintaining procedural fairness.
- Develop and plan appropriate strategies regarding workplace and employment agreements that best meet the needs of the business.
- Provide advice to director on employment law on Company policy and procedures.
- Keep abreast of emerging IR trends and issues relevant to the Company and plan strategies to ensure smooth implementation of required changes.
Minimum Qualifications:
· Master's degree (S2) in a relevant field is an added advantage.
· Minimum 5 years experience in the HR field, with 2-3 years experience as HR Manager or equivalent position.
· Experience in managing a team, including recruitment, training, career development, performance management, and employee relations management.
· Experience in planning and implementing HR policies in accordance with statutory regulations.
· Expertise in compensation and benefits management, organizational development, and succession planning.
· Knowledge of HR technology (HRIS), and use of other HR software
· Have management skills such as Employee Appraisal, KPI, Budgeting
· Able to join immediately
· Proficiency in English communication
· Area Placement: Nusa Lembongan – Bali
Salary :
· 8 Millions

- Human Resources: 5 years (Preferred)
