Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Reservation Admin Badung Terbaru

We are seeking suitably qualified individuals (Full-time) to join us as:

RESERVATION ADMIN

Requirements :

  • Female/Male
  • Have min. 2 year experiences
  • Have ability to operate Ms. Office
  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/response to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication in English.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effective
  • Can handle customer database on the system
  • Willing to move Nusa Lembongan - Bali
  • Can join Immediately

Responsibilities :

  • Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce websites/portals.
  • Handle Customer, provide a good solutions and follow up to ensure resolution via phone, email, whatsapp, Etc
  • Respond to customer inquiries, providing guidance and support on all aspects.
  • Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed efficiently and accurately .
  • Providing accurate and complete information about our forwarding services, including rates, and available options.
  • Coordinate with partners to ensure Customer timely schedules.
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Resolve service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint
  • Make a report claim and report all data by email and etc

Job Type: Full-time
