Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Sales Manager Agent Relations Luxury Property Management Canggu Badung Terbaru

One of Asia’s largest and fastest-growing luxury vacation rental management companies, operating a curated portfolio of high-end private villas and residences, is looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join their team.

The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven, luxury hospitality sales professional with a strong network in the Indonesian travel trade with a proven ability to grow and manage agent partnerships.

They are confident, outgoing, and commercially minded, with a deep understanding of luxury accommodation sales and distribution. Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with regional and corporate teams, this person thrives in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.

Requirements :

  • Open for local candidates.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar sales role within luxury hospitality, villas, hotels, or vacation rentals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience developing and managing travel agent and partner relationships.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategy, account management, and revenue drivers.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Highly competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a friendly and professional disposition.
  • Well-groomed and able to represent the brand at a luxury standard.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and travel as required.

Responsibilities :

Sales Strategy & Market Development

  • Work closely with the Corporate Head of Sales to develop and execute sales strategies for the Indonesian market.
  • Drive bookings, occupancy, and revenue across the Indonesia portfolio.
  • Identify new market opportunities and growth channels.

Account & Relationship Management

  • Expand and deepen partnerships with travel agents and key partners in Indonesia.
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new agent partners in a timely manner.
  • Maintain strong, ongoing communication with agents and partners.
  • Negotiate contracts, preferred agreements, and commercial terms.
  • Update agents regularly on promotions, packages, and portfolio developments.
  • Organise and conduct Agent Open Houses and property familiarization visits.

Cross-Department Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns.
  • Work with the Revenue team to develop packages, offers, and promotions.
  • Partner with Reservations to improve direct enquiry handling and conversion.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Prepare weekly visit and feedback reports for agents and partners to the Corporate Head of Sales and GM.
  • Prepare monthly sales reports, productivity analysis, and action plans.
  • Monitor agent performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a brand ambassador for the company at all times.
  • Ensure all activities are carried out ethically, professionally, and in compliance with local laws.
  • Contribute positively to team morale and company culture.
