Responsibilities:
OSI Electronics offers turnkey solutions for the full range of assembly complexity. We partner with Customers on Product Development, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, Sustaining Engineering and Product Lifecycle Management. Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiency and responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require.Qualifications:
- Ensure the effective use of materials, equipment and personnel while making products at high quality level.
- Support and assist manager within the operating budget.
- To monitor and manage daily production floor activities
- Responsible in meeting the customer schedule delivery date base on plan.
- To provide training to Operators
- Ensure that all the production schedules are met at a specified given time.
- Ensure that quality and productivity are always implemented on the manufacturing floor.
- Perform other duties that maybe assigned
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Education D3 or S1 major in Industrial/Electronic Engineering
- Experience at least 3 year in SMT/PCBA/Electronics manufacturing is preferred
- Knowledge and hands on MRP system
- Able to lead >50 subordinates
- Familiar with ISO Standard 9001, 14001 & 45001
- Proficient in English
- To be able to establish and control the process work flow
- To be able to manage and control the Operators and equipment
- Problem Solving - Skill
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
