Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER Batam TerbaruJob Qualifications :
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing, automation, or automotive industries is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing concepts, including VSM, 5S, and Kaizen.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC), Minitab, and other related analytical tools.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
- Strong ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate with all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze existing workflows and production methods to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and waste. Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve overall quality.
- Lead and participate in projects utilizing methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. This includes applying tools like Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S, and Kaizen to drive continuous.
- Collect and analyze key operational data on production rates, resource utilization, and quality metrics to measure performance and pinpoint areas for improvement.
- Apply ergonomic principles to design and improve workstations and tasks, minimizing worker fatigue and increasing both safety and efficiency.
- Create and deliver training on new procedures to employees. Effectively communicate the benefits of process changes to secure stakeholder buy-in and ensure smooth adoption.
