Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja PMC Manager Batam Terbaru(I) Production Planning ManagementBased on the factory’s sales order requirements, capacity load, and supply chain delivery cycle, formulate monthly/weekly/daily production plans. Clearly define the production tasks, material supporting milestones, and delivery time for each production line to ensure the on-time delivery rate of orders. Real-time track production progress, coordinate with departments such as production workshops, equipment maintenance, and quality inspection, and resolve issues in the production process (including capacity bottlenecks, material shortages, and process abnormalities) to avoid plan delays.(II) Material Planning and Inventory ManagementTake the lead in material requirement analysis (MRP). Based on the production plan, BOM (Bill of Materials), and safety stock standards, formulate procurement requirement plans, specifying procurement quantities and arrival times to ensure timely material supply without excessive overstock. Communicate with the procurement department and suppliers, track the procurement progress of key materials, and establish an early warning mechanism for scarce materials or long-lead-time materials to reduce the probability of production line shutdowns caused by material shortages. Manage factory inventory, set reasonable inventory turnover targets, organize regular inventory checks, optimize inventory structure, and reduce the generation of obsolete materials.(III) Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Process OptimizationSynchronize order change information (such as order increase/decrease and delivery date adjustment) with the sales department, quickly respond to demand changes, and adjust production and material plans to ensure supply-demand balance. Establish and improve PMC (Production and Material Control) management processes.(IV) Job Requirements
- 5 years or more of PMC work experience, with PMC management experience in large-scale manufacturing factories; candidates familiar with consumer electronics production processes (such as assembly, testing, packaging, etc.) are preferred.
- Possess practical experience in complete production scheduling, material requirement analysis, and inventory optimization, and have successful cases of leading the resolution of capacity bottlenecks or material shortage issues.
(V) Language and Communication
- Proficiency in English, which can be used as a working language.
- Possess excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, and be able to promote collaboration among different departments (production, procurement, sales) to solve problems; candidates with overseas (especially Southeast Asia) work experience or cross-cultural team management experience are preferred.
(VI) Other Requirements
- Possess a strong sense of responsibility and pressure resistance, and be able to efficiently advance work during peak order periods or supply chain fluctuations to ensure the stability of production and material plans.
- Recognize the company’s confidentiality management system, strictly abide by the confidentiality requirements of the position, and not disclose factory product information, production data, or operation details.
