Corporate Secretary & Legal Supervisor
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree majoring in Law.
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Corporate Secretary function.
- High level of attention to detail.
- Excellent writing skills, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English is a must, both verbal and written.
Main Job Description:
- Managing reporting activities related to the Corporate Secretary.
- Acting as a liaison between the company and shareholders, regulators and other stakeholders.
- Handling corporate actions and events; such as GMS, public expose and press conference.
- Monitor company’s compliance with updated capital market rules and related statutory regulations.
- Handling legal tasks.
