Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our team as a Spa Therapist who can also efficiently handle receptionist duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for holistic wellness, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
Spa Therapist Duties:
- Perform a variety of spa treatments, including but not limited to massages, facials, body treatments, and other therapeutic services as per the spa's standards and protocols.
- Assess clients' needs and preferences, making informed recommendations on suitable treatments and products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil treatment environment, ensuring all equipment and tools are sanitized and well-maintained.
- Provide aftercare advice and product recommendations to clients, fostering long-term relationships and repeat business.
Receptionist Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression of the wellness complex.
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, coordinating with therapists to optimize booking slots and minimize wait times.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, providing accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Process payments, manage cash registers, and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Support the overall administrative operations of the spa, including filing, data entry, and maintaining client records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a spa therapist with a solid background in various treatments (certification in massage therapy or other relevant qualifications is preferred).
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role, ideally within the wellness or hospitality industry.
- Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficient in using booking software, point-of-sale systems, and standard office applications.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service and a passion for wellness and holistic health.
