We are currently seeking a HR Admin coordinator for our Head Office.

- Maintain HR records, including employee files, attendance records, and training documentation.
Menyimpan catatan SDM, termasuk file karyawan, catatan kehadiran, dan dokumentasi pelatihan.
- Assist in processing employee documents, including contracts, Social Labor BPJS & Medical BPJS registrations, and other HR-related forms.
Membantu pengurusan dokumen kepegawaian, termasuk kontrak, registrasi BPJS Ketenagakerjaan & BPJS Kesehatan, dan formulir terkait SDM lainnya.
- Support recruitment activities, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference check.
Mendukung aktivitas rekrutmen, termasuk memposting lowongan pekerjaan, menjadwalkan wawancara, dan melakukan pemeriksaan referensi.
- Assist in administering employee benefits, including BPJS and employee attendance recapitulation (taking annual leave, PH, DP, overtime, permits, etc) for payroll processing.
Membantu pengurusan tunjangan pegawai, termasuk BPJS dan rekapitulasi kehadiran pegawai (memperhitungkan cuti tahunan, libur hari besar nasional, lembur, ijin, dlsb) untuk proses penggajian.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports, drafting correspondence, and scheduling meetings.
Memberikan dukungan administratif kepada tim SDM, termasuk menyiapkan laporan, menyusun korespondensi, dan menjadwalkan pertemuan.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements regarding HR practices.
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap pedoman perusahaan dan persyaratan peraturan mengenai praktik SDM.
- Assist in the utilization of HR software Talenta to streamline HR processes.
Membantu pemanfaatan perangkat lunak SDM Talenta untuk menyederhanakan proses SDM.
- Assist in observing the performance of employees includes attendance, discipline, achievement.
Membantu dalam mengamati kinerja pegawai meliputi kehadiran, kedisiplinan, prestasi
- Report all activities and result to the Human Resources Manager.
Melaporkan seluruh kegiatan dan hasilnya kepada Human Resources Manager.
- Coordinate orientation and training sessions for new employees.
Mengkoordinasikan sesi orientasi dan pelatihan untuk karyawan baru.
- Assist to HR Manager in Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance in manpower.
Berhubungan dengan mitra eksternal, seperti vendor asuransi, dan memastikan kepatuhan hukum di bidang ketenagakerjaan.
- Assist to HR Manager in creating a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys, keeps the strategy up to date.
Membuat strategi kompensasi untuk semua karyawan berdasarkan riset pasar dan survei gaji, selalu memperbarui strategi tersebut.
- Assist payroll department by providing relevant employee information (e.g. leaves of absence, sick days and work schedules.
Membantu departemen penggajian dengan menyediakan informasi karyawan yang relevan (seperti cuti, ijin sakit, dan jadwal kerja).
- Arrange travel accommodations and process expense forms.

- Assist HR Manager in Social Security (Medical BPJS and Social Labor BPJS ) Employee registration and un-registration process
Membantu Manajer SDM dalam proses pendaftaran dan pencabutan pendaftaran BPJS Kesehatan dan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan.
- Assist the HR Manager to organize team related to the General Affairs (e.g., Security, Company Driver, Gardener, Housekeeping, and Engineering Team).
Membantu Manajer SDM untuk mengatur tim yang terkait dengan Urusan Umum (misal: Keamanan, Sopir Perusahaan, Tukang Kebun, Tenaga Kebersihan, dan Bagian Teknik).
