Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Designer Business Development English Mandarin Batam TerbaruWe are an Immigration consultancy firm based in Singapore, and we are looking for Marketing & Business Development Design Specialist to join our growing organization.
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing & Communications Design Specialist to support our business development, partnerships, and external communications. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and maintaining high-quality presentations, marketing collateral, and training materials to enhance our brand presence across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Design & Content Development
- Create and update PowerPoint presentations, posters, banners, and EDMs for internal and external use.
- Research, edit, and design new PPT decks for business proposals, partnerships, and training.
- Ensure all materials (PPT, PDF, EDM) are brand-compliant and updated to the latest version.
✅ Partnership & Event Support
- Lead design support for Relationship Managers (RMs), Joint Ventures (JVs), and external partners.
- Develop marketing materials for external events (e.g., banners, flyers, leaflets).
- Customize partner content (education, banking, real estate sectors).
✅ Training & CRM Materials
- Design and maintain training decks for new CRM systems, partner onboarding, and JV collaborations.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all training materials.
✅ Ad-hoc Projects
- Assist in event branding (e.g., for China roadshows, professional presentations).
- Support the marketing team with digital & print collateral as needed.
REQUIREMENT
* English and Chinese (Writing and Speaking)
* Fast learner and adaptable
* Fresh graduates are able to apply
* Enjoy working in a team and individually
* Having good communication skills
* Willing to undergo a minimum of 3 months probation
5 days work week, Monday to Friday, 8am- 5pm.
