Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Claim Support SPX Express Yogyakarta Yogyakarta TerbaruDepartment Operations LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor) LocationIndonesia - YogyakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description:
- Ensure all eligible claims are escalated for deduction or billing to the appropriate parties.
- Verify claim allocation data to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable regulations.
- Perform claim data reconciliation in accordance with the established SLA to maintain accuracy and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure all processed claims are accurately documented and free from discrepancies.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience with same role.
- Preferably to have experience in logistics and or e-commerce companies/startups is highly preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in Ms. Excel/Google Sheet skills
- Creative problem solver with good interpersonal skills
- Highly numerate with solid analytical skills
- Self-starter that is highly capable to work independently
