Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Procurement Admin Badung TerbaruProcurement Process Management:
- Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders and documents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
Supplier Management:
- Maintain and update supplier information in the procurement system.
- Communicate with suppliers to resolve issues related to delivery, pricing, and quality.
- Evaluate supplier performance and support supplier relationship management.
Documentation and Record-Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations on procurement activities.
Cost Management:
- Monitor and manage procurement budgets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and negotiate favorable terms with suppliers.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal departments such as finance, operations, and logistics to ensure seamless procurement processes.
- Assist in coordinating procurement-related meetings and events.
Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
- Support internal audits and reviews of procurement activities.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a procurement or administrative role preferably in nightclubs/bars.
Skills and Competencies:
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous in managing records and documentation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex procurement issues.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
