Responsibilities:
OSI Electronics offers turnkey solutions for the full range of assembly complexity. We partner withCustomers on Product Development, New Product Introduction, Mass Production, SustainingEngineering and Product Lifecycle Management. Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiencyand responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require.Qualifications:
- Support NPI.PPAP/Evaluation activities
- Create MAI/MI LL & update when required, create WI related to product/project &update when required AEGIS set up, pack-out setup, bartender setup
- Crate strain gage test board according to test plan & carry-out strain gage test activities
- IDM data collection, data collection for IMDS
- Support process data collection and improvement
- Evaluation/Control run data collection
- Support evaluation & process improvement
- Support for 5 why/process mapping
- Yield improvement
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of seniormanagement any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implementedand to avoid recurrence of the problem
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
- Min. Diploma
- Proven work experience Technician Process.
- Excellent technical skills
- Knowledge of process related standards
- Experience in process simulations
- Good time-management skills
- Proficient in English
- Proficient in Ms. Office
