Responsibilities
- Monitor and review the business in meeting the financial and operational objectives.
- Key liaison personnel and manage relationships between customers and internal groups.
- Interact with customers on business outlook, quality, delivery, product costing, engineering changes and explore new business opportunities.
- Oversee timely completion of production schedules and new project start-up through efficient coordination of all levels of CFT team.
- Prepare business forecast, revenue projection and customers quotations.
- Driver for problem solving to internal and meeting customers’ requirements/expectations.
- Resolve issues which has financial impact with customers inventory, claims, pricing, AR.
- Manage, review customer PO, S/O, changes updates and closure.
- Review MRB/ECN/DN and provide disposition.
- Uphold the company’s core values of Integrity, Innovation, Accountability, and Teamwork.
- Demonstrate behavior consistent with the company’s Code of Ethics and Conduct.
- It is the responsibility of every employee to report to their manager or a member of senior management any quality problems or defects in order for corrective action to be implemented and to avoid recurrence of the problem.
- Duties may be modified or assigned at any time to meet the needs of the business.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting field from high reputable universities - preferred.
- Sufficient knowledge in utilizing computer applications such as MS Office, Spreadsheet, or other production related software
- Ability to work efficiently under stress involving tight deadlines
- Conversant with fundamental bookkeeping methods
- Giving thoughtfulness to detail and high level of precision
- Excellent command of English language (oral and written).
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving attitude
