Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Account Receivable Supervisor Batam TerbaruJob Description: Accounts Receivable Officer
- Prepare and send invoices for hotel services (rooms, events, F&B).
- Track and follow up on outstanding payments.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Handle payment inquiries and disputes from guests or clients.
- Prepare monthly reports on overdue accounts.
- Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing.
- Maintain organized records of invoices and payments.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in accounts receivable, preferably in hospitality.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
