Job Descriptions
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team to achieve set objectives.
- Oversee plant operations, ensuring optimal performance, efficiency, and safety standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of quality control.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers and customers.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the manufacturing/engineering industry is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent strategic planning abilities with a focus on operational efficiency and performance improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills with the ability to manage relationships with key stakeholders.
- Good understanding of local Indonesian workplace and employment laws
- Good understanding and ability to speak Bahasa, Indonesia
