Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Staff Specialist Production Logistic Planning Batam TerbaruAs Staff Specialist Production Logistic Planning, you're the primary liaison between Backend and Division, responsible for managing demand and capacity alignment, confirming delivery schedules, and ensuring timely delivery of products. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our operations and drive business success.
Job Description
In your new role you will:
- Weekly delivery performance & WIP management by well coordination of internal and external counterparts to achieve high qualify planning results
- Weekly alignment with Business Unit for loading in following 3 weeks and 6 months within the mutually agreed capacity commitment
- Close alignment of the production plan with the Operations, monitorthe execution and engage proactively in resolving potential issues in timely manner
- Fast execution & high quality commitment to Business Unit for any urgent & critical cases to support customer requirement
- Work together with Business Unit and project manager to fully support ramp up, safe launch arrangement & successfully fulfill customer requirement
- Align with Business Unit for capacity allocation for sample orders to support new product release and new business development based on priority
- Be the main counterpart for communication of delivery situations with the Division
Lead/co-lead projects that make the organization leaner and faster
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- A Bachelor Degree degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Informatics, Business Administration with the focus on Supply Chain or equivalent from recognized universities
- Excellent English proficiency in written and oral
- Self initiative, excellent analytical skills and systematic work approach
- Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast changing and dynamic environment
- Knowledge in semiconductor Backend manufacturing processes and landscape is advantageous
- Knowledge in Tableau is preferred
- Basic knowledge of programming language (Excel VBA, Python, SQL/Database) is advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with ability to interact effectively with various levels of people.
