Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Member Guest Relations Manager Hospitality Group Canggu Badung TerbaruAre you a highly-driven individual with extensive experience in the hospitality industry? One of Singapore’s leading Hospitality Groups is searching for a Member and Guest Relations Manager to join their team immediately for a brand new Canggu venue.
The ideal candidate be will be responsible for leading and overseeing all functions of the front office operations including the hotel and restaurant reception, guest services for hotel and office tenants, and reservations teams.
Reporting directly to the Head of Member & Guest Experience, they must possess exceptional communication skills with strong leadership and problem-solving skills. The focus of the role is to ensure that all members, guests and office tenants have a
positive and memorable experience within the property.
Requirements :
- Open for local candidates.
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience working in a similar managerial capacity, with consistent and stable experience.
- Strong experience in Front Office operations and Guest Relations preferred.
- Experience in a similar membership capacity is an advantage.
- Strong working knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with various CRM and reservations systems like Peoplevine, Cloudbeds, and SevenRooms is a plus.
- Great energy and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Capacity to work non-traditional schedules, such as weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and supervise the front office team, including staff members in front-of-house receptions and back-of-house reservations, to ensure smooth operations and deliver excellent service.
- Manage the Cloudbeds reservation system and room inventory to ensure all bookings are accurately recorded, and accurate information related to their stay is communicated to all hotel guests.
- Create and implement relevant front office and reservations policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Manage members and hotel guests reservations, check-ins, check-outs, dining reservations and office tenants guest visits.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to all members, guests and office tenants inquiries, complaints, and requests to resolve any issues and ensure the highest level of satisfaction.
- Prepare daily reports and analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement for the property and team.
- Collaborate effectively with other departments to ensure that the best and seamless service is provided to all members, guests and office tenants.
