Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Recruitment Assistant Bandung TerbaruAbout the Job:
SalesPond is looking for a dedicated Recruitment Assistant who is able to recruit for multiple roles across Asia Pacific. Technically, we are looking for someone who has just started a career within the recruitment role and has the passion to interact and connect with people all over the world. The ideal candidate should fluent speaker of business English and be comfortable with speaking and interviewing all kinds of people from all levels and people who are overseas.
You will be working from our Bandung office from 8.00 am to 4.00 pm WIB.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, any major preferably Business or Management major
- At least 1 year working experience in a recruitment or HR role
- Great organisational and prioritisation skills
- Creative, innovative, punctual, and able to think out of the box
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- International exposure or past work experience in a multinational company is preferred
Responsibilities
- Helping the Head of HR on recruitment across Asia Pacific
- Building applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, employment agencies, recruiters, media, and internet sites; providing organisation information, opportunities, and benefits; making presentations; maintaining rapport
- Sourcing and providing the best candidates to the Hiring Managers
- Ensuring that all candidates have the best possible recruitment experience
- Working together with the recruitment team to improve the existing recruitment strategy and its standard operating procedures
- Determining applicant qualifications by checking applicants resume; comparing qualifications to job requirements; send out screening questions to the shortlisted candidates and analysing responses
- Organising interviews between the candidates and the users and or management
- Making/processing/handling all administrative functions related to the hiring process
- Helping out in Staff Onboarding related tasks
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Goal oriented, self-motivated individual who is confident, competitive, thorough, and tenacious
- Can work independently under minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Able to work using software or platform that is required within SalesPond (Panda Doc, training platform etc.)
- Proactive and energetic individual
- Attention to detail
- Fast learner in adapting to management direction changes
- Flexible approach to different styles of people from multi-cultural background
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
- working in a Recruitment Agency: 1 year (Required)
- working with English-speaking managers: 1 year (Required)
Language:
- Business English Fluently (Required)
