Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Studio Project Lead Bandung TerbaruRole Overview
The Special Projects Lead owns the planning, execution, and quality standards for high-priority initiatives that require studio-style setups or custom workflows. These projects typically involve higher complexity, tighter constraints, and elevated expectations compared to standard capture operations.
This role serves as the primary point of accountability for execution quality on special projects, providing direction to team members to ensure captures are produced to established standards and pass downstream quality review without avoidable rework.
Key Responsibilities
1. Special Project Ownership & Leadership
- Own end-to-end execution of special projects from planning through completion
- Translate project requirements into clear execution plans and on-set standards
- Set priorities, timelines, and expectations for special project work
- Provide direction and leadership to team members
2. Studio & Capture Oversight
- Define and enforce studio-level standards for special project captures
- Review and approve set concepts, layouts, and overall capture approach
- Ensure capture environments are built and maintained according to defined standards
- Intervene when execution does not meet required standards
3. Execution Quality Control
- Maintain high on-set quality standards throughout capture sessions
- Identify and resolve issues related to setup, environment, or workflow in real time
- Ensure consistency across sessions and reduce downstream rework
- Hold teams accountable to agreed-upon capture requirements
4. Direction of On-Set Roles
- Assign scope and responsibilities across on-set roles for special projects
- Review and approve work produced by team members
- Provide real-time guidance and actionable feedback during and after shoots
5. Cross-Team Coordination
- Own communication and alignment across all teams involved in special projects
- Communicate changes, constraints, and priorities clearly to on-set teams
- Align execution with evolving project needs while maintaining quality standards
6. Equipment & Readiness Oversight
- Ensure studios, tools, and equipment are prepared and validated prior to capture
- Confirm operational readiness before capture begins
- Coordinate support for specialized setups or workflows as required
7. Documentation & Continuous Improvement
- Ensure documentation of setups, workflows, and execution decisions is completed
- Track recurring execution issues or quality risks
- Recommend process and standard improvements to improve future special projects
Skills & Expectations
- Strong ownership mindset and confidence leading cross-functional, on-set teams
- High attention to detail and ability to enforce execution standards
- Clear, decisive communication in fast-paced studio environments
- Ability to direct both internal staff and freelance contributors
- Experience with studio operations or structured capture workflows preferred
