Technical Support Staff
As a Technical Support Staff, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise and support to our customers.Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in similar position.
- Good understanding of civil engineering principles and practices, proficiency in AutoCAD and SAP 2000.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to travel and work at heights.
Main Job Description:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations; for external and internal purpose.
- Visit customer sites to provide technical presentations and addressing customer complaints promptly.
- Conducting in-depth analysis of technical issues related to installations of our products; e.g. roofing, panel, pipe, etc.
- Developing product designs, installation manuals and mechanical properties testing.
