What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of large commercial real estate properties for clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of office, residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation
every time.
- Work with Sales Directors to ensure the best-suited team members are on the field for every pitch/assignment,
accountable for results.
- Coordinate targeted vertical pursuit strategies. This includes MidCap Targets, Private Equity, Healthcare, Non?Profit Pursuits, and outsourcing targets.
- Facilitate team meetings, develop prospect lists, collaborate on pursuit strategies, and hold the team
industry and business trends in the local and regional market area for potential impact on the sales team.
- Assist the sales team with research within a platform and matrixed work environment. Evaluate and report on
interests to reach an agreement.
- Follow internal company sales guidelines and ensure the use of sales database systems.
- Prepare and present reports on deal activity at local management meetings.
- Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared
departmental objectives.

What You’ll Need:
