Multi Bintang Indonesia is hiring a Warehouse Officer, based in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto – Surabaya.
You’ll play an important role in ensuring efficient and accurate warehouse operations, from stock management to excise document control, supporting our supply chain performance and compliance.This role is perfect for someone who’s detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about operational excellence in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

As a Warehouse Officer, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring data accuracy, smooth material flow, proper documentation, and compliance with excise and safety standards. You’ll help maintain operational efficiency and ensure that all warehouse activities run according to company SOPs. #DoSomethingThatMatters
Main Responsibilities
- Perform regular stock takes as per SOP to maintain data accuracy and product/material traceability.
- Execute receiving, sorting, storing, delivering, and supplying processes to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing materials or shipments are accurate, damage-free, and follow FIFO/FEFO principles.
- Perform documentation and data processing accurately and on time to maintain proper traceability.
- Manage excise document control and maintain close communication with excise officers to ensure full compliance with government regulations.
- Conduct performance measurement, reporting, and reviews for your area of responsibility to achieve KPI targets.
- Monitor and maintain good housekeeping and safety standards to ensure a safe and hygienic workplace.
Candidate Criteria
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Technical fields.
Experience:
- Previous experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong initiative, open-minded, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- Experience with SAP is a plus.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Willing to be placed in Sampang Agung, Mojokerto – Surabaya.
- Highly trustworthy, proactive, and agile in a fast-paced environment

Contract: Full-time
