Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Automotive Upgrade Mechanic Batam TerbaruResponsible for the precise, high-quality removal and installation of aftermarket exterior body kits, trim, and interior vehicle components. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and proven mechanical expertise to achieve perfect fitment and function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Expertly remove, install, and align exterior components (bumpers, spoilers, side skirts), performing necessary minor modifications (drilling, trimming) to achieve OEM-level fit and finish.
- Safely dismantle and reassemble complex interior elements (dashboards, door panels, seating, and headliners) without causing damage to trim or electronics.
- Integrate and terminate necessary wiring for any custom interior or exterior electronic upgrades (e.g., lighting kits).
- Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation inspections, ensure all components are fully functional, and guarantee a zero-damage record for all customer vehicles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace and properly manage all specialized installation tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in automotive installation / modification
- Strong attention to detail and workmanship quality
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good problem-solving skills
- Able to communicate in English (Mandarin is a plus)
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Batam: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
