Qualifications: Qualifications
- Able to develop & maintain time standards inside the factory.
- Contribute towards DVC hours reduction by improving the process / methdology for better design & efficiency.
- Manage the Transfer price campaign by involving all stakeholders and prepare the DVC worked hours that contribute to product cost definition.
- Drive DT reduction inside the plant.
- Support and assit Methods engineer to deploy the Ergonomy standards across all production lines.
- Yearly review of time standards and maintain the database & prepare the headcount needs for the factory.
About Our Company:
- Fluency in English is a must!
- Advanced level on Excel, Powerpoint, MTM equinoxe and SMB2;
- Fast learning and with ability to work under pressure in a very fast paced environment;
- Practical-mathematical mindset & problem-solving approach;
- Experience in process improvement, lean implementation .
- Must be willing to be based in Batam
