Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Engineering Assistant Manager Sukoharjo TerbaruQualifications:
Experience in the engineering field.
Understanding of meat processing.
Strong knowledge of production machinery, electrical engineering, and systems.
Experience managing steam boilers, generators, and compressors.
Job Description:
Planning, coordinating, implementing, and controlling production machine maintenance activities.
Planning, coordinating, and implementing repairs to machinery and equipment within the factory.
Ensuring the smooth and consistent running of production activities to achieve operational targets.
Leading and directing maintenance and repair activities for machinery and equipment within the factory to achieve good performance and improve the quality of the production process.
Responsible for controlling the maintenance and repair budget for production machinery and maintaining optimal machine function.
Maintaining the quality of the engineering team's work and developing the competencies and skills of the engineering team.
Establishing good cooperation within the Engineering Department and across departments.
