- Shoot simple product videos, lifestyle content, and mom/baby videos.
- Edit short-form videos (TikTok, IG Reels, Shopee Ads).
- Help write simple scripts with good hooks.
- Give creative ideas for weekly content.
- Assist in directing small shoots with kids and moms.
- Coordinate with the videographer and designer.
- Stay updated with trends in the baby/mom niche.
REQUIREMENTS
- 1–3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or creative.
- Comfortable with shooting & editing videos (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or VN).
- Strong sense of visual style (clean, soft, aesthetic).
- Understands what Indonesian moms like to see online.
- Able to write simple scripts with strong hooks.
- Not afraid to be hands-on during shoots.
- Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
- Preferably a mom, but open to anyone who understands mom/baby market.
- Stable work history (minimum 1.5–2 years in previous roles).
