- Handling Transactions: Process sales transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system, including cash, credit/debit card payments, and other payment methods.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving any issues or complaints in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Balancing Cash Drawer: Count and balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure the correct amount of cash is present.
