Vplus.id is seeking a strategic, target-driven Marketing Manager with strong knowledge of the trading and financial services industry. This role focuses on client acquisition, retention, marketing team management, and strengthening Viction.id’s brand as a leading B2C trading company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction, loyalty, and sustained trading activity.
- Lead, manage, and develop the marketing team to achieve performance targets and business objectives.
- Plan and oversee online and offline marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to create relevant and effective marketing strategies.
- Collaborate closely with sales, dealing, and management teams to achieve overall business targets.
- Monitor marketing performance, conversion rates, and client growth, providing reports and strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2C marketing, preferably in financial services, trading, or investment industries.
- Proven experience in client acquisition, client retention, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, communication skills, and strategic thinking.
- Target-oriented, analytical, and able to perform under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Willing to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta.
