Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Project Manager Microsoft Service Jakarta TerbaruRequirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as an IT Infrastructure Project Manager.
- Prior experience (1–2 years) in a technical or development role is an advantage.
- Microsoft 365
- VPN (Global Protect)
- General IT Infrastructure environments
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in the insurance industry is an added advantage.
- Willing to work Work From Office (WFO).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively under tight deadlines.
Job Description :
- Lead and manage end-to-end IT Infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and project closing.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders (internal IT teams, business users, and external vendors) to ensure project delivery aligns with timeline and budget.
- Oversee implementation and enhancement of systems such as Microsoft 365, VPN (Global Protect), and other IT infrastructure components.
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and ensure all deliverables meet defined quality standards.
- Identify, analyze, and resolve issues or risks arising during project execution.
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or Waterfall) based on project needs.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports, including progress updates, risks, and recommendations to management.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and maintain alignment with business objectives.
