Deskripsi Persyaratan
- Strong instructional design and curriculum development capabilities.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Excellent facilitation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in e-learning tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) and LMS platforms.
- Analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and ROI.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse audiences.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in learning and development, instructional design, or corporate training roles.
- Experience in both up-skilling and re-skilling programs is preferred.
- Familiarity with the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Passionate about employee growth and development.
- Creative and innovative in designing learning solutions.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Certifications like Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Instructional Design Certification, or Train-the-Trainer certifications are desirable
