Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Luxury Brand Evaluator Automobile Project in Balikpapan Indonesia Balikpapan TerbaruJob Purpose Lead the product engineering team in designing, developing, and improving cable harness products to meet customer, quality, and cost requirements while supporting production and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Manage and mentor engineers, oversee projects, and coordinate with production, quality, and procurement teams. Product Development: Lead design from concept to production, including drawings, BOMs, and testing. Ensure compliance with customer and industry standards. Process Improvement: Drive cost reduction and quality improvements through design optimization and problem-solving. Customer & Supplier Support: Serve as the main technical contact for customers and collaborate with suppliers on materials and components. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate engineering documents and ensure regulatory compliance. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Master’s preferred). Experience: 8+ years in cable harness design/manufacturing, including 3+ years in management. Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical schematics and harness design. Proficient in CAD tools (AutoCAD, CATIA, Creo, or SolidWorks). Familiar with automotive/aerospace/industrial standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
