- Overseeing the implementation of cleaning and sanitation activities in the production lines.
- Reviewing the cleaning & sanitation validation and verification result.
- Propose and conduct improvement program for cleaning & sanitation implementation and hygienic design.
- Conducting cleaning & sanitation training to production line operators
- Conducting pathogen monitoring
- Set regular cleaning & sanitation schedule
