Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Junior Data Analyst REMOTE WORK FOLLOWIG US TIME 8 PM 5 AM Jakarta TerbaruKey Responsibilities:
- Manage, clean, and maintain company data within HubSpot, Monday.com, and related systems.
- Create, update, and maintain internal and internal reports and dashboards.
- Manage daily workflows and task assignments in Monday.com to support project tracking.
- Research and enrich company and contact information using sources such as LinkedIn, Apollo, and web data.
- Identify and correct data import errors, duplicates, and missing fields (e.g., email, job title, or company domain).
- Support post-conference data enrichment, including updating sponsor, speaker, and attendee records.
- Assist in preparing and updating sponsorship proposals and company data overviews.
- Support automation initiatives by updating chatbots, and workflows.
- Conduct web scraping and research to identify potential sponsors and partners.
- Collaborate with Producers and the Marketing team to enrich and verify key contact and company data.
- Maintain daily logs of research and enrichment activities.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple data projects simultaneously.
- Solid understanding of CRM systems (HubSpot experience strongly preferred).
- Proficiency with Monday.com, Google Sheets, and Excel (advanced functions/macros.
- Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn research, and basic web scraping tools is an asset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
