Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Admin Receptionist Badung Terbaru

We are urgently looking for a new administrator for our training studio.

If you have excellent communication skills, at least 3 years of experience in a similar position, and are fluent in English, we would like to invite you to become part of our team.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining daily reports and ensuring data accuracy

Executing admin's tasks efficiently and managing work time effectively

Welcoming and communicating with clients warmly and professionally

Clients and trainer communication

Office managment and maintenance (communication with dilivery service, cleaning service, ordering everything necessary for the functioning of the studio, etc).

Receiving payments and maintaining basic reports

Requirements:

Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)

At least 1 year of experience as an Administrator or in a similar position

Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude towards clients

Responsibility and organizational skills to perform tasks efficiently

Ability to respond quickly to client inquiries and effectively resolve issues

  • Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Front Office: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Required)

Expected Start Date: 06/06/2024
