THE RECRUITMENT PROCESSES WILL BE CARRIED OUT IN ENGLISH AND ONLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES WILL BE NOTIFIED
What you will do:
- Design, develop, and implement driver-partner acquisition processes
- Focus on building up the supply of Motorcycle, MPVs, Van, and Pickup Bak in Semarang and the surrounding
- Hands-on offline driver-partners acquisition & onboarding
- Setup driver's SOP and in-charge of driver-partners quality
- Increase Lalamove’s brand awareness by substantially growing the number of branded vehicles
- Maintain order fulfillment corporation and non-corporation
- Achieve total alignment with local teams when executing new initiatives
- Exceed individual and team targets & KPIs
What we seek:
- Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Operations Management/ Logistics Management.
- Experienced in operations background, preferably from a startup company
- Posses relevant knowledge of the Semarang market
- Ability to communicate in local languages is preferable
- Ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Positive, passionate, proactive, self-initiative, and attentive to details
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with fluent proficiency in written and spoken English
- Able to work under pressure and capable of adapting to any organizational changes
- Experience and familiar with Spreadsheet, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
