Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Finance Accounting Jakarta TerbaruJob descriptions:
- Handle finance and accounting for student enrollment (enrollment fees, tuition fees, uniforms, field trips, etc.).
- Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), Inventory, and Bank.
- Perform basic Finance & Accounting workflows such as budget and cash flow forecasting.
- Post accounting journal entries and reconcile all company financial transactions.
- Prepare and take responsibility for reports and the use of petty cash funds.
- Ensure proper organization and storage of all financial documents.
- Perform other administrative tasks as instructed by the supervisor.
- Check and control supporting data for financial transactions.
- Ensure accurate recording of financial data and information to enable timely and accurate monthly financial closing reports.
- Process daily financial transactions, including journal entries, payments, and receipts.
- Work closely with the GA team in handling payment for 3rd party vendors. (School Secretary, GA Purchasing, and GA Maintenance).
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Tax is preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance and accounting.
- Deep knowledge of finance and accounting processes.
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections is advantageous.
- Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office, and tax applications.
- Tax Brevet A/B is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills for payment issues.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively with employees and management.
- Honest with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
