Position Name : Supervisor Assessment & Monitoring
Work Location : Kalimantan Selatan
Employment Status : Permanent

Job Responsibilities
- Supervising all programs under the responsibility of YABN and SBU to ensure each program runs smoothly and consistently according to established standards.
- Mapping out CSR programs of Adaro Group prioritized for Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping, proposing them to YABN management, and incorporating them into the annual plan of the Assessment & Monitoring team.
- Developing a team strategy for the implementation of Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping for CSR Adaro Group to meet the targets/expectations of YABN management and relevant SBU parties.
- Effectively communicating/presenting the results of Assessment/Monitoring/Social Mapping, along with recommendations based on these results, to YABN Management and relevant SBU parties so that they can be accepted and utilized for the improvement/development of CSR practices in Adaro Group.
Job Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any major
- Minimum 2 years of working experience as CSR Coordinator / PDCA Coordinator
- Proven track record in running CSR Concept & Strategic and Project Management skills
- Good Supervisory & Monitoring skill, Managing Social Intervention & Public Relation activities
- Have experience and knowledge related to Assessment Skill
- Willing to be placed in South Kalimantan
