We are looking for Sales Manager for Jakarta Sales Office (JSO)
As a Sales Manager (JSO), we rely on you to:
Assist Director of Sales to effectively communicate and implement sales strategy and objective with team members
Building strategies and driving performance to achieve and excel the revenue target given by the Hotel
Building new business relationship and maintaining good relationship with the existing Partners, Clients and Guest
Handle sales activities with local and international partners
Generate new business opportunities through various channels
Implement the sales activities and action plans outlined in the sales and marketing plan of the hotel
Maintain sales and service standards of the Hotel
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passion for Sales and Marketing and enjoys interacting with people
Has experience minimum 2 year in similar role at International Chain Hotel
Enjoys crafting creative and best-fit solutions for business partners and customers
Fluent in English and Bahasa both in written and spoken
Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
Is self-driven, goal-oriented, and willing to challenge the status quo
Thinks creatively and innovatively.
