Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja General Affairs Building Operations Specialist Jakarta TerbaruQualifications:
- Male, with a mature, cooperative attitude (able to follow direction).
- Minimum 8 years of experience in General Affairs, Facility, or Building Operations.
- Educational background in Civil Engineering or Architecture preferred (not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of BoQ formulation, analysis, and execution.
- Experienced in estimating material needs (cables, roofing, etc.).
- Well-connected with trusted vendors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough analysis and technical checks on building needs (e.g., roof, cabling, infrastructure).
- Manage end-to-end Bill of Quotation (BoQ) process — from preparation to final review.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement and facility maintenance.
- Prepare project reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ensure all building operations and vendor work meet expected quality standards.
