Job Description:
We are seeking a talented storyteller to collaborate on a short film (10-20 minutes) that will document the transformation of healthcare services in rural Indonesia, comparing the current state with a future enhanced by G Medical’s innovations.QUALIFICATIONS:
Requirements:
- Proven experience in crafting compelling narratives for films, documentaries, or other media.
- Strong research skills with the ability to deeply understand and convey complex issues in a relatable way.
- Excellent writing and storytelling abilities, particularly in creating narratives that connect emotionally with the audience.
- Ability to adapt stories to visual mediums, ensuring that the narrative flows seamlessly with the film’s visuals.
- Creativity and a keen sense of cultural sensitivity, particularly in understanding and portraying rural communities.
- Willingness to conduct field research in rural areas of Indonesia to capture authentic stories and perspectives.
- Ability to collaborate closely with filmmakers and other team members to integrate the narrative into the film.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail and quality.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and tools.
- High level of professionalism and strong ethical standards.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a compelling and inspirational narrative that aligns with the film’s objectives.
- Conduct in-depth research on the current state of healthcare in rural Indonesia and the potential impact of G Medical’s innovations.
- Collaborate with the filmmaker to ensure that the narrative is effectively visualized in the film.
- Create a script or storyline that connects the audience with the realities faced by rural communities and the vision for a better future.
- Revise and refine the narrative as needed, based on feedback and new insights gained during the project.
- Work closely with the project team to ensure the narrative supports the overall message and impact of the film.
