Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Operations Supervisor Jakarta TerbaruResponsibilities
- Supervise daily service operations to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.
- Coordinate and monitor the service team, including scheduling and task assignments.
- Ensure adherence to service standards, policies, and procedures.
- Provide support and guidance to team members to address operational challenges.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve minor complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor service performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably in hospitality or healthcare-related disciplines).
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in healthcare or hospitality services.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in using basic software tools for scheduling and reporting.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.

- supervisory: 2 years (Preferred)
