Your ‘day to day’
- Manage the end-to-end handrolled production process, ensuring smooth operations from planning, execution, to delivery.
- Contribute improvement production runs on time, safely, with consistent quality, and at competitive cost.
- Lead and coach production teams to maintain discipline, industrial peace, and compliance with workplace standards.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve production issues and sustain performance.
- Drive adherence to company policies, health & safety standards, and continuous improvement culture.
- Will be added value: Contribute to digitalization or automation initiatives to strengthen SKT competitiveness.
Who we’re looking for
- Engineering (Informatika/Industrial/Mechanical) or equivalent technical discipline.
- Candidates with prior experience in manufacturing operations, preferably within labor-intensive industries, will be highly regarded
- High accountability for safety, quality, cost, and delivery performance.
- ability to communicate and coordinate effectively across cross-functional teams.
