Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Social Media Specialist Jakarta TerbaruJob Responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily operation of Indonesia website and various social media platforms such as FACEBOOK, IG and YOUTUBE etc., as well as communities such as WhatsApp in Indonesia. Be familiar with the rules of each platform, be able to grasp hot trends in a timely manner and create ideas regarding social topics;
- Plan and execute the content publishing schedule for website and other digital platforms, ensuring content quality and timeliness.
- Create high-quality original articles and multimedia content to attract user attention and interaction.
- Manage and maintain social media accounts, including content updates, audience engagement, and customer inquiries.
- Liaison with KOL.
- Analyze user data and trends, optimize operation strategy to increase user engagement and retention.
- Keep a close eye on the online/offline activities of competitors, and regularly compile analysis reports to provide insights for the headquarters;
- Collect and maintain various local media resources in Indonesia;
- Translate documents (English - Indonesian) as required by the headquarters( website);
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the headquarters.
Job requirements:
1. College degree or above in Journalism, advertising, media, communication and other related majors；
2. More than two years of work experience in the social media related field;
3. Excellent written communication skills and creative planning abilities, with experience in copywriting.
4. Familiarity with common social media platform operation rules and deep understanding of social media and social media trends.
5. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and adjust content strategy accordingly.
6. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.
7. Familiarity with short video filming, and photo / video editing;
8. Good command of written and spoken Indonesian and English (Proficient in Mandarin/Chinese language is an added advantage);
9. Be familiar with Indonesian local cultural customs.
10. Immediately available is highly preferred.
