Deskripsi Lowongan Kerja Marketing Aftersales Manager Malang TerbaruAt Medeva, marketing is about understanding people and building awareness of how our products and services can satisfy their needs, meanwhile aftersales is all about delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. We’re looking for and experienced and versatile VP of Marketing & Aftersales who’s eager to do this and more. The ideal candidate has experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns, and giving support throughout the customer lifecycle thus maintaining a typical “good” churn rate for SaaS companies, while managing and inspiring the team. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.
Job Descriptions:
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all public-facing communications, advertising, and campaigns
- Conceptualize on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, and document business process, and provide marketing/sales support
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
- Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly
- Developing and implementing aftersales strategies
- Handling escalated customer issues
- Analyze feedback to improve service delivery
- Collaborate with other departments to maximize customer retention and profitability
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Associate Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Communication/Marketing/Business/Public Health/Nursing/Midwifery or equivalent
- Proven success in developing marketing plans (including online marketing and social media strategy) and campaigns
- Effective communications skills and extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Proven success in team management, demonstrated by consistently achieving positive outcomes, which results from applying key strategies like fostering open communication, setting clear goals, empowering team members, delegating effectively, and providing regular, constructive feedback
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Metrics-drive marketing & aftersales mind with eye for creativity and empathy
- Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media/social media and online analytics
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools
